Mario Brackeva is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in service management and process optimization. Currently serving as a ServiceNow Product Owner at Antwerp Terminal Services since January 2022, Mario also holds the position of Service Owner for ServiceNow at PSA Antwerp, where involvement spans from July 2018 to the present.
