Mathijs de Laet

Mathijs De Laet is a Sustainability Engineer at Antwerp Terminal Services (ATS) since November 2022, focusing on sustainability initiatives for PSA and MPET container terminals. Prior to this role, Mathijs served as Technical Superintendent for Vessel Maintenance at Jan De Nul Group from February 2019 to November 2022. Additionally, Mathijs worked as an Engineering Consultant at ALTEN BELGIUM from February 2017 to February 2019, contributing to a mechanical engineering project for the obsolescence and lifetime extension of the Doel nuclear power plant. Mathijs holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering Electromechanics from KU Leuven, obtained in 2017.
