José Alberto Salinas Pérez

José Alberto Salinas Pérez is a distinguished academic with extensive experience in the field of public health and social care systems. Since January 2010, José has served as a Research Associate Professor at Universidad Loyola Andalucía, focusing on decision support tools and the application of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to analyze social and health service distributions. Additionally, José holds adjunct and honorary positions at the University of Canberra and The Australian National University, respectively, while also presiding over the PSICOST Research Association since 2002. José's educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Ciencias Jurídicas y Empresariales from Universidad de Córdoba and multiple master's degrees in Urban and Spatial Planning and Geographic Information Systems Management.
