Dr. Samuel J. Asirvatham is an electrophysiologist at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn., where he is also a Professor of Medicine in the Division of Cardiovascular Diseases and a Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Pediatric Cardiology. He is a consultant in cardiac electrophysiology Program Director for the Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology Fellowship and Director of Strategic Collaboration for the Center for Innovation at Mayo Clinic.
After completing medical school at the Christian Medical College in Vellore, India, his internship was at the Columbia University Medical Center in New York City. Following residency and chief residency at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, he did his clinical cardiac and electrophysiology training at the University of Oklahoma near Oklahoma City.
Dr. Asirvatham serves as Advisory Board Innovation Lead for Anumana.
