Ronak Shah

Ronak Shah is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience in client experience management and engagement. Currently serving as DGM - Client Experience Management at Anunta Tech since November 2017, Ronak previously held the position of Sr. Manager, Customer Experience Management. Prior experience includes roles at Netmagic Solutions, where Ronak advanced from Manager to Senior Manager - Client Engagement Management from May 2013 to October 2017. Additionally, Ronak worked as a Program Manager at DSM Infocom Pvt. Ltd. and began the career as an Engineer at Brij Infotech Pvt Ltd. Ronak holds a Master of Business Administration in Information Technology from Pune jobs and a Bachelor of Computer Applications from South Gujarat University, along with completing 12th grade at MCZ High School, Bilimora.
