Jimmy A. Crump, MBA, CMA has over 30 years of experience in the finance and accounting field. Jimmy A. began their career in 1985 as a Finance Intern at J&J Orthopedics. Jimmy A. then moved to Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products, where they worked as a Senior Brand Analyst and Financial Accountant. In 1989, they joined Johnson & Johnson Medical Inc. as a Senior Brand Analyst and Senior Cost Analyst. Jimmy then moved to Reichhold Chemical in 1999 as a Commercial Finance Director, Global Financial Analysis Leader and Senior Business Analyst. In 2005, they joined Arysta LifeScience as a Financial Systems & Reporting Manager, Financial Integration and FP&A Manager, and Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. In 2020, they became a Principal Consultant at JAC Business Consulting, LLC. Most recently, in 2021, Jimmy began working as a Financial System & Reporting Manager at Anuvia Plant Nutrients. Throughout their career, Jimmy has provided primary system support for financial systems, developed internal reporting, and provided financial leadership and analytical support to various functions and project teams.

Jimmy A. Crump, MBA, CMA obtained their Master in Business Administration from the University of Tampa between 1989 and 1991. Jimmy A. also obtained an Accounting degree from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University between 1980 and 1985.
