Paul Duncan

Paul Duncan currently serves as the Regional Manager for North America at Ficosterra, utilizing proprietary technology that combines seaweed extracts and customized microorganisms for sustainable agricultural nutrition. Previously, Paul held the position of Director of Sustainability at Anuvia Plant Nutrients, where the focus was on promoting sustainable practices within the agricultural supply chain. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Business Development at Cargill Optimizing Services, Special Sections Editor at Star Tribune, and various leadership positions in entrepreneurship and trade associations, including Founder and CEO of SciTech Partners and Founder and Executive Director of the British-American Business Council Minnesota. Throughout a diverse career, Paul has demonstrated expertise in business development, market research, and sustainability initiatives across multiple industries.
