Dr. Poornima Saraswat is a seasoned professional in the fields of food science and biotechnology, currently serving as the New Product Development Manager at Anveshan since November 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a SPARSH-IIMCIP Fellow at the Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance Council (BIRAC) from August 2022 to December 2023, and a lecturer at Mody University between November 2018 and November 2021. Dr. Saraswat also worked as a researcher at Lincoln University in New Zealand from 2014 to 2016 and held the position of Project Associate at The Energy and Resources Institute from August 2011 to May 2014. Dr. Saraswat earned a Doctor of Science in Food Science and Technology from Mody University of Science and Technology and holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Biotechnology and a Bachelor's in Biotechnology, Chemistry, and Zoology.
