Vance Foster

Vance Foster, PE, is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in project management and quality assurance. Currently serving as Quality Manager and Senior Project Manager at Anvil Corporation since December 2014, Vance leads project scope definition and resource management. Prior roles include Project Manager at Phillips 66 Billings Refinery, Field Construction Engineer at ConocoPhillips, and Senior Piping Engineer/TAR Engineer at Burley Design, where Vance oversaw the product development process and managed engineering personnel.
