Sathya Kavacheri

Sathya Kavacheri has over 25 years of experience in the software engineering field. Sathya began their career in 1994 as a Software Engineer at HP. Sathya then moved to Sun Microsystems in 1998, where they held the role of Senior Member of Technical Staff. In 2004, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Kazeon, which was later acquired by EMC, and also as a Software Engineer at Peoplesoft. From 2010 to 2012, they were a Principal Software Engineer at MapR Technologies, Inc. Sathya then joined Cetas, which was later acquired by VMWare, as a Staff Engineer. In 2014, they moved to Splunk (via Caspida acquisition) as a Principal Software Engineer. In 2017, they were promoted to Director Engineering Splunk Behavior Analytics at Splunk. Most recently, they have been working as the Senior Director Engineering at Anvilogic since 2019.

Sathya Kavacheri attended Presidency from 1981 to 1986. Sathya then attended St Josephs College Arts Science from 1986 to 1988. Finally, they earned a BTech in Electronics and Communication from Bangalore University from 1988 to 1992.
