Chandru Raju is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in developing and managing high-performing teams and innovative technologies. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering at Workday, Chandru focuses on creating enterprise-grade AI solutions. Previously, at MasterClass, Chandru built a 50-member product engineering team and spearheaded multiple go-to-market initiatives, driving significant revenue growth. At PlayStation, Chandru was integral to the global launch of the PS5 and led efforts to enhance user experience. Earlier roles included leadership positions at RockYou and Callidus Software, where Chandru developed scalable applications and advanced analytics. Chandru holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Wright State University and a Certificate of Business Excellence from UC Berkeley.
