Marit Matser

Marit Matser currently serves as Teamlead Customer Operations at ANWB since September 2024, overseeing a team of energy specialists dedicated to providing comprehensive support for ANWB Energy products, focusing on customer satisfaction and team development. Prior experience includes serving as Vestigingsmanager at Presenter BV from March 2019 to August 2024, where responsibilities included managing operational and commercial results and overseeing team expansion. As a Product Manager at Djoser from December 2017 to February 2019, Marit focused on family travel routes, product development, and marketing support. Previous roles include Team Leader/Supervisor and Travel Consultant at KILROY, where Marit played a key role in opening new locations and training staff, as well as Marketing Assistant at Starmall Europe. Marit holds a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from Utrecht University, completed in 2008.
