Robin Smets

Robin Smets is an experienced recruitment professional with a diverse background in recruitment and consultancy. Currently serving as a Recruitment Business Partner at Villari and a Corporate Recruiter for IT at ANWB, Robin also founded Fabric Solutions, a specialized recruitment firm focused on connecting talent with opportunity. Previous roles include Co-Founder and CEO of Pantala, which bridges software developers from South Africa and Eastern Europe with remote work opportunities in Europe and the US, as well as a Principal Consultant for Business Intelligence at Visser & Van Baars B.V. and Vibe Group.
