Tuyen Lien

Tuyen Lien is an experienced HR and change management professional with a robust background in employee engagement, training, and organizational development. Currently serving as Teammanager for Employee Journey at ANWB since March 2024, Tuyen Lien leads a team focused on optimizing the employee experience across various dimensions including engagement, onboarding, and talent development. Prior to this role, Tuyen Lien held the position of HR Consultant at Royal FloraHolland, achieving recognition as the 2021 Onboard Award runner-up and contributing to the organization's designation as a World-class Workplace in 2019. Tuyen Lien's extensive experience spans several organizations including IJmond Werkt!, The Expatise Academy, and Accenture, where responsibilities included designing and implementing engagement strategies and change management programs. Tuyen Lien holds a Master’s degree in Financial Management from the University of Amsterdam and multiple certifications in international mobility and organization change management.
