Stephen Leonard

Stephen Leonard has been serving as an Occupational Therapist at ANX Home Healthcare since October 2017. In addition, Stephen is the Owner of Lifetime Occupational Therapy Services (LOTS), a role held since May 2019. Stephen has co-created the Tweens and Teens Living and Social Skills Therapy Groups Program in collaboration with Total Occupational Therapy Services (TOTS) and specializes in evaluations and assessments related to custom seating, wheelchair and mobility equipment, home modifications, and adaptive equipment.
