Ann Carrier

Ann Carrier is a seasoned product design professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as an Advisor at Anya since April 2024, Ann previously held significant roles at ClearScore, including Head of Product Design and Principal Product Designer from April 2021 to February 2024. Previous positions include Principal Product Designer at Earnd, which was acquired by Wagestream, and Principal Product Designer at Pollen, a membership marketplace for large events. Ann's design expertise was further honed at Engage Technology Partners Ltd as a Senior Product Designer and at Marks and Spencer, where a prototype solution reduced Average Handle Time in the Contact Centre. Ann also founded Balloon Studios and Equal Web Ltd, and contributed to health technology at myHealthPal Group Ltd. Early in the career, Ann worked at Lab49 as a Senior UX Consultant, focusing on complex financial interfaces.
