David Sekanina

David Sekanina is an experienced professional in industrial design and mechanical engineering, currently holding positions at YOLKLAB and ANYbotics since 2014 and 2017, respectively. David has served as R&D at YOLKLAB, and as a Senior Industrial Designer and Senior Mechanical Engineer at ANYbotics, previously advancing from full-time Industrial Design Lead and Mechanical Engineer roles. David's background includes leadership as a Lead Engineer at Victorinox AG and Mechanical Engineer at Fotokite, along with R&D contributions at Götti Switzerland. Founding YOLK GmbH, a multidisciplinary design agency, demonstrates David's entrepreneurial spirit from 2003 to 2014. Additional experience includes a role as a Scientific Assistant and Program Coordinator at ETH Zurich, Senior Designer at Eclat AG, and Industrial Designer positions with expo.02 and Swatch Group. David holds a MAS in animation from ECAL - Ecole cantonale d’art de Lausanne, completed in 1998.
