Aman Karmani

Aman Karmani is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and technical leadership. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at Anysphere, Aman is focused on building Cursor. As a Co-Founder of Fancy Bits, LLC, Aman developed a widely used cord-cutting app for major video streaming devices. Previously, as VP of Technical Infrastructure at GitHub, Aman led efforts to scale the platform to millions of repositories, and contributed to features on GitHub.com as a Principal Software Engineer. Early career engagements include founding roles at HomeRun and Bumba Labs, where Aman built and scaled platforms and applications. Aman holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from George Mason University and a High School Diploma from Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology.
