Andrew Milich

Andrew Milich is a seasoned technology professional with a diverse background in engineering and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering, Product at Anysphere since June 2025, Milich also contributes as a Sequoia Scout at Sequoia Capital since February 2022. Previously, Milich led the Notion Mail project at Notion from February 2024 until June 2025, after co-founding Skiff in April 2020 and growing the company to a significant presence in the end-to-end encrypted communication space before its acquisition by Notion. Additional experience includes a tenure at Stanford as a Campus Ambassador for Sequoia Capital and positions at Zoox, SpaceX, and various research roles during academic studies at Stanford University and UC Santa Barbara. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Computer Science with a focus on AI and a minor in Mathematics from Stanford University, along with participation in the Science Honors Program at Columbia University and foundational education at The Dalton School.
