Joel Anderson

Joel Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Joel currently holds the position of Assistant General Manager Technical Support Operations at AnyTech365 since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at the same company as an English Technical Support Team Leader and a German Technical Support Team Leader. Before joining AnyTech365, Joel worked as a Technical Support Specialist at the same company, specializing in International Remote Technical Support.

Joel has also gained experience in other industries. Joel worked as a PSA-ADMIN at Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, focusing on check-in, logistics, coordination, and customer service. Joel has also worked as a Sales Agent at Redshark Bikes Europe SL, a Monitor and Nutritionist at Feel Sport Centro Deportivo, and a Co-Owner/Manager at Evolution Mind Body & Soul, a wellness center. Joel has been self-employed as a Freelancer, providing technical support and installation services for small and medium businesses.

In the past, Joel has held leadership positions at Tanques Image and Vodafone as part of their early career. Joel started their professional journey as an Assistant Store Manager at Colombia Sportswear, where they gained skills in customer service, stock management, and marketing.

Joel dedicated three years to this program, completing it in 1997. Following this, from 1997 to 1999, Joel enrolled at the same institution to earn a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, specializing in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services.

After a significant gap in their educational pursuits, Joel returned to their studies in 2015. Joel attended The Nutrition School in London, aiming to develop their skills in personal training. Over the span of two years, from 2015 to 2017, they completed a Level 5 Professional Diploma in Personal Training.
