Scott Lupo MBA, PHR has extensive experience in human resources and operations management across various industries. Currently serving as a Human Resource Generalist/Trainer at Anythink Libraries since 2008, Scott Lupo has contributed to creating core competencies that align with the organization's vision and values. Previously, Scott Lupo worked at Kohl's Department Stores, where responsibilities included overseeing new store openings and workforce training. Prior roles as Director of Food Service and Director of Operations at Wheel Bar and Orlando's and Wapiti Bar and Grill respectively involved managing overall operations, employee training, cost control, and developing menus aligned with consumer trends. Scott Lupo holds an MBA from Regis University and a B.S. in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University.

For community members outside of these areas, the district offers outreach services through its bookmobile, Anythink in Motion, visiting area schools and homebound residents.
