Abby Esparza

Abby Esparza (Eley), MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Abby began their career at Para-Legal Services, Inc. in 1996, where they served as the Vice-President and Senior Title Examiner. During their time there, they played a crucial role in decision-making and maintaining the company's reputation and profitability. Abby also supervised and trained junior title examiners.

Following their tenure at Para-Legal Services, Abby Esparza (Eley) worked as a Family Readiness Officer at Marine Aircraft Group 16 from 2008 to 2011, where they provided support and assistance to personnel and their families. Abby served as a trainer, mentor, and advisor to subordinate squadron Family Readiness Officers.

In 2011, Abby Esparza (Eley) joined 3d Marine Aircraft Wing as a Family Readiness Officer at the MajGen level. In this role, they represented the unit in providing outreach, support, and assistance to military personnel and their families. Abby also advised the Commanding General and mentored subordinate Family Readiness Officers.

Abby Esparza (Eley) transitioned to the title industry and joined First American Title in 2013, starting as the NorCal/Bay Area Production Lead before being promoted to different managerial roles. As the NorCal Business Segment Manager, they were responsible for the day-to-day production operation functions related to providing title services in California and Hawaii. Abby'sresponsibilities included working cross-functionally with various teams and departments, such as Finance, Automation, Quality, HR, Change Management, and Training and Development.

In 2019, Abby Esparza (Eley) joined CornerStone Title Company as the Production Manager. In this role, they managed production operations and ensured efficient workflow until June 2021.

Currently, Abby Esparza (Eley) is serving as the Western Region Vice President - Title Operations at Anywhere Integrated Services since June 2021.

Abby Esparza (Eley), MBA completed their education as follows:

- From 2011 to 2013, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management from Columbia Southern University.

- Prior to that, from 2009 to 2011, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resource Management from the same university.

- In addition to their academic achievements, they obtained certifications in CPI - Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt from the USMC, with training completed in 2013, and in CPI - Lean Six Sigma - Yellow Belt from the USMC in 2012.

- Lastly, in 2008, they obtained a Notary Public certification in California.
