During their tenure, they held the positions of Sr. Project Manager, Technology Solutions COE, and Program Manager, Zap Implementation. At ERA Franchise Systems LLC, they served as a Project Manager, Business Development, from October 2014 to February 2016. In this role, they managed existing tools, systems, and services, as well as the launch of new systems and tools, with a focus on enhancing customer engagement and usage. Minal also established processes and communication channels for the overall success of the brand.
Prior to their role at ERA Franchise Systems LLC, Minal worked at Realogy/ERA Franchise Systems LLC from September 2009 to October 2014 as a Manager of Franchise Operations. Minal also has previous experience as a Program Manager at NCR from 1997 to 2004 and as a Computer Programmer at Computer Curriculum Corporation from 1994 to 1996.
Minal Shukla, PMP, CSM, completed their education in Computer Engineering from San Jose State University between 1991 and 1996. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications throughout their career, including the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2017 and the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in October 2017. Minal has also obtained several certifications related to Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, and operational excellence from LinkedIn in 2020.
