Paula Wilcox

Paula Wilcox is the Sr. Director of National Franchise Recruiting at Anywhere Real Estate Inc. with extensive experience in agent recruiting. Paula previously held roles as the Director of Recruiting Support Services and Independent Contractor Relations Northeast at NRT. Prior to that, Paula was a Sales Manager and Coach at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Paula holds a BFA in Acting and Psychology from the University of Connecticut.
