Stephanie Nieskens

Stephanie Nieskens, SHRM-CP, currently serves as an HR Process Improvement & Project Management Analyst at Anywhere Real Estate Inc. since July 2016, where responsibilities include collecting stakeholder feedback, identifying process inefficiencies, and implementing solutions to enhance employee experience. Prior roles at Anywhere include HR Operations Supervisor and Lead HR Coordinator, focused on managing HR processes and team operations. Before this, Stephanie worked at Paychex as a Health and Benefits Agency Specialist II and I, where contributions included serving as a Subject Matter Expert, leading training programs, and ensuring compliance in insurance transactions. Stephanie began a career in human resources as an intern at RockTenn. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from the State University of New York at Oswego.
