Tom Hershey

Tom Hershey is a seasoned corporate real estate strategist with extensive experience managing leasing processes and developing real estate strategies for prominent firms. Currently serving as Corporate Real Estate Strategist at Anywhere Real Estate Inc., Tom oversees leasing operations and site selection for the western US. Previously, Tom held roles such as National Director of Commercial Real Estate Servicing at Coldwell Banker Commercial, where strategic direction and relationship management were critical. Tom also contributed significantly at NRT as National Commercial Real Estate Co-Director, managing over 400 commercial agents, and began as a Senior Analyst and Training Manager at Marcus & Millichap. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate from Arizona State University.
