Irit Rolnik

Irit Rolnik has a diverse work experience that spans over several roles across different companies. Irit has extensive experience in software engineering, data infrastructure, and team leadership.

Irit started their career at INWISE in 2007 as an Integration Engineer, where they were responsible for developing a web platform for digital marketing solutions. Irit had full responsibility for release cycles.

Irit then joined NICE Systems in 2011 as a SW Engineer in the Front-End Infrastructure Team. Irit led the design and development of a client MVVM framework and customized an open-source J2EE portal for the company's web-based applications.

In 2014, Irit joined Outbrain as a Software Engineer, where they worked on the architecture, design, and implementation of online and offline data pipelines. Irit also led a team of engineers and managed projects for breaking parts of a monolith into microservices.

In 2018, Irit worked as the Lead Software Engineer at LawGeex, where they focused on leading software development efforts.

Irit then moved to ClimaCell in 2019 as a Data Infrastructure Engineer, where they worked on developing data infrastructure.

From 2021 to 2023, they worked at Forter, initially as a Senior Software Engineer and later as an Engineering Manager. As an Engineering Manager, they led a team responsible for the identity aspect of Forter's fraud decision system, owned end-to-end engineering operations, and managed infrastructure planning and execution cycles.

Currently, Irit is working at Anyword as a Software Engineering Team Lead, starting in 2023.

From 2007 to 2011, Irit Rolnik attended Tel Aviv University. During this time, they studied Computer Science, but no specific degree was mentioned.
