Stephen Ries

Stephen is responsible for ANZ's external and internal communications, government relations, customer relations as well as its ESG agenda.

Stephen has 25 years' experience in corporate affairs across banking, technology and management consulting. Prior to this role, he was ANZ Group's Head of Corporate Communications where he was responsible for the bank's external communications, including media relations, issues management and financial communication.

Stephen has a BA majoring in Public Relations from RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia.
