Dearden Santiago, MBA, currently holds the position of Head of Talent Acquisition for the Philippines and Recruitment Enablement across the APAC region at ANZ. Prior roles include Team Lead for the Joining our Team initiative in Australia and Senior Recruitment Consultant. Dearden has also served as Talent Acquisition RPO Team Lead at Deutsche Knowledge Services Pte. Ltd. under John Clements Consultants Inc., as well as Senior Supervising Recruitment Consultant, Supervising Recruitment Consultant, and Senior Recruitment Consultant at John Clements Consultants, Inc. Additionally, Dearden was the Lead Recruiter for Talent Acquisition in RPO at UnitedHealth Group, again under John Clements Consultants Inc., and began the career as a Student Intern at Personnel Builders and Consultancy Services. Dearden holds an MBA from Ateneo Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management from the University of the East.
