Diem Nguyen has extensive experience in program management, delivery, and governance within the financial services sector, particularly at ANZ since July 2009. As the Delivery & Governance Lead for Cloud Adoption & Delivery, Diem manages critical initiatives and oversees a team of Initiative and Release Leads. Previous roles at ANZ include Release Lead for the Enterprise Cloud Portfolio, Operations Expert for Infrastructure as a Service, Service Transition Manager for Employee Experience, Service Manager for Technology Service Management, and Technical Implementation Manager. Prior to ANZ, Diem held project management and business analyst positions at Citibank and GE Capital, demonstrating strong capabilities in stakeholder management, technical implementation, and operational excellence.
