Jenny Shankland

Jenny Shankland is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as an Employee Journey Expert at ANZ since August 2017. In this role, Jenny has also held positions as a Business Learning Expert and Business Learning Manager within the same organization. Prior experience includes a tenure as Change & Transformation Lead at KnowledgeSpace and as Training & Development Manager at Origin Energy. Jenny's career began at Primus Telecom, where management of the learning and development team addressed the educational needs of both consumer and corporate staff. Notably, during a previous role at ANZ, Jenny managed a team of six instructional designers to develop global learning solutions.
