Kristina Skov Aagaard

Kristina Skov Aagaard is a Senior Strategy and Service Designer at ANZ since October 2022, with a robust background in service design and innovation. Prior to this role, Kristina served as the Service Designer Lead at MAKE Studios from September 2017 to October 2022 and held multiple positions at Huddle design, including Huddle Academy Lead and Service Designer between July 2014 and September 2017. Kristina's experience also encompasses roles as a Business Developer and Event Planner at Denmark House, Project Leader at Etikos, Process Consultant at Fundacion Para Reconciliacion and Malling & Schmidt, Project Worker at Groncol, and Project Developer at Shoe The Bear. Kristina's educational background includes a degree from The Kaospilot School and additional training in Lego® Serious Play®.
