Oscar del Rio

Oscar Del Rio is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Source to Contract GPO & Work Design Expert and previously as Manager for Group Procurement roles at ANZ since 2018, Oscar has specialized in third-party risk management and procurement policy governance. Prior to ANZ, Oscar held key positions at prominent companies such as DS Smith, Unilever, Carillion, Mowlem plc, and Hilton Worldwide, demonstrating a strong foundation in procurement strategies and management. Oscar holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Portsmouth and is certified by the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply, alongside ongoing education in Lean methodologies.
