Portia Smith

Customer Vulnerability Lead

Portia Smith is a diligent and prudent banker with extensive experience in the financial sector. They began their career at Lloyds Bank as a Mortgage Endowment Case Worker in 2004 and later held several roles at the Financial Ombudsman Service Australia from 2015 to 2018, including Team Manager for Systemic Issues. In 2018, they served as Customer Vulnerability Lead at ANZ and have also held various managerial positions focused on risk and compliance. Portia is currently pursuing dual Bachelor's degrees in Arts and Laws at the University of Melbourne.
