Qian Nie is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and product management across various companies. Currently serving as the Technology Group Lead at ANZ since June 2024, Qian leads technology teams to create innovative products for digital banking. Previously, Qian held the position of Director of Engineering at Redbubble from August 2021 to May 2024, and prior to that, served as an Engineering Manager and Delivery Manager at MYOB, a prominent Australian fin-tech firm. Qian's career in technology began as a Software Engineer at Genix Ventures Pty Ltd and evolved to a Product Manager at Risk Management Technologies, where skills in international market expansion and stakeholder relationship management were honed. Qian holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School and degrees in IT and Software Engineering from RMIT University and Xiamen University, respectively.
