Rama M

Rama M is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and infrastructure management. Initial career stages included roles at Tata Consultancy Services as a Systems Engineer, followed by Wipro Limited as a Senior Network Operations Engineer, and Samsung as a Sr. Systems Engineer, where a solid foundation in network administration and support was established. Subsequently, at Microsoft, Rama served as a Technical Lead, providing remote support and managing escalations. Later experience at ANZ included positions such as Service Delivery Manager, Global Competency Lead, Technical Team Lead, and Windows Infrastructure Designer, focusing on infrastructure build and compliance initiatives. Currently, Rama works as a Portfolio Delivery Manager, overseeing escalations for Institutional and Enterprise domains. Rama holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, graduating with First Class with Distinction.
