Ramamani S has extensive experience in human resources and payroll management, currently serving as AVP - Reward & Pay in the Talent & Culture division at ANZ since August 2022. Prior to this role, Ramamani held various positions at ANZ from October 2005 to October 2021, including Associate Manager - HR, Payroll Team Lead, and Senior Officer in both Payroll and Legal. Ramamani began the professional journey as an Executive Assistant at Weizmann Homes from July 2003 to October 2005. Academically, Ramamani holds a Post Graduation Certification in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Diploma in Chemical Engineering from Cambridge English School.
