Rishi Pattnaik

Rishi Pattnaik is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business process management and consulting across various sectors. Currently serving as the Process Governance Manager for Customer Tax Transparency at ANZ since March 2021, Rishi leads initiatives in process governance and SAP Signavio adoption. Prior roles include Senior BPM Specialist at Telstra, where Rishi focused on process mining and end-to-end process modeling, and various consulting positions at nbn™ Australia, delivering process analysis, digital transformation, and change management solutions. Rishi's career also includes significant contributions to projects at Barclays Bank and NAB, enhancing enterprise service management. Rishi holds an MBA from Xavier Institute of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Utkal University.
