Change Management Lead - Digital Employee Experience

Sarah Dare has extensive experience in change management and talent culture, currently serving as the Change Management Lead for Digital Employee Experience at ANZ since December 2007. In this role, Sarah is responsible for developing change strategies and delivering change plans to support prioritized programs and initiatives while partnering with leadership teams to enhance change agility and capability. Previous positions at ANZ include Performance Lead, Transition & Stabilisation Lead for a global cloud-based HRIS implementation, and Change & Communications Lead for an agile transformation. Sarah's previous experience also encompasses roles at Hudson as a Senior Consultant and at JPA Executive as a Divisional Manager. Sarah holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour from Swinburne University of Technology.
