Yannie Onsen

Yannie Onsen is an experienced leader in technology and business transformation, currently serving as the Head of Technology for Wholesale Credit & Corporate Finance within the CIO Office at ANZ since September 2023. Prior to this, Yannie held significant roles at Citi from 2011 to 2023, including Asia Pacific Regional Head of Securities & Issuer Services Client Implementation and Director of Emerging Tech and Citi Ventures, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing technology commercialization and building strategic partnerships. With a background that includes independent consulting for technology and eCommerce transformation at Australia Post and advisory roles at Narrative Science, Yannie has demonstrated expertise in process re-engineering, expense management, and operational efficiency across various sectors. Yannie’s educational qualifications include degrees from the University of Technology Sydney, Melbourne Business School, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and The Wharton School, focusing on artificial intelligence and customer-centric growth.
