Lesley Fleming

Lesley Fleming is an experienced professional in human resources and safety management with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the HR Service Delivery Manager at ANZCO Foods since June 2015, Lesley has also held the position of Group Services Manager since December 2013 at another company. Prior to these roles, Lesley served as the HSE Manager for New Developments at Solid Energy New Zealand Ltd from June 2011 to June 2013, and as an HSE Advisor at General Cable between January 2008 and June 2011. Lesley began the career in safety and training as the Safety and Training Manager at DELTA Utility Services Ltd from 2003 to 2008.
