Abdullah Elmas

Abdullah Elmas has extensive experience in financial planning and analysis. Abdullah started their career at Finansbank in 2005 as a Budget Planning and Performance Management Specialist before moving on to TEB as a Budget, Financial Control, and Productivity Assistant Manager in 2006. In 2011, they joined ING Bank Turkey as a Budget Planning and Performance Management Assistant Vice President. Abdullah then worked at Garanti Leasing as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager from 2012 to 2016. From 2016 to 2021, they held the position of Head of Business Planning & Products / FP&A at Home Credit China. Currently, they work as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Home Credit Bank Kazakhstan, starting in 2021.

Abdullah Elmas attended Boğaziçi University from 2000 to 2005 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. From 2006 to 2008, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Finance at Istanbul Bilgi University. In 2015, they completed a Certificate program in Leadership: Creating High Performance Teams at Cambridge Judge Business School.
