Akerke Tatisheva

Akerke Tatisheva has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Akerke started their professional career as an intern in the Treasury Department of JSC Eurasian Bank in 2010. Subsequently, they interned in the Marketing Strategy & Planning department at Procter & Gamble in 2011. In 2012, Akerke worked as a Marketing Intern in the Department of Investment Policy at the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning of The Republic of Kazakhstan. Akerke then returned to Procter & Gamble and held multiple roles, including In-store and Shopper Marketing Manager, Brand Operations Integrated Manager, and Direct to Consumer Marketing Manager in Central Asia Republics. From 2015 to 2020, they worked at Teva Pharmaceuticals, where they served as a Strategic Marketing Manager and later as a Marketing Manager for Company Branded Generics OTC & Rx. Akerke also had the opportunity to work as a Head of Marketing and Digital for Kazakhstan, Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Ukraine at PayBox.money from 2020 to 2021. Most recently, they co-founded Smart-Tek LLP and served as the Head of Marketing until 2023. Akerke is currently the Head of B2C Marketing / Business Partner at AO Home Credit Bank Kazakhstan.

Akerke Tatisheva completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a double major in Finance and Marketing at KIMEP University from 2009 to 2013. In 2011, they also attended the University of Northern Colorado and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Finance. Additionally, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing/Marketing Management at Rīgas Ekonomikas augstskola - Stockholm School of Economics in Riga in 2012. Akerke then attended the Procter & Gamble Associate Brand Manager College in 2013, where they focused on Brand Management and Marketing Fundamentals. Finally, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at KIMEP University from 2014 to 2015.
