Aleksey Serkov has a diverse work experience in the banking and tech industry. Aleksey started their career as a co-founder of a marketplace for pet products called Brom. Aleksey later worked as a Project Manager at Alfa-Bank, leading IT infrastructure projects and expanding the bank's services. Aleksey then joined Sberbank, where they served as a Product Manager and Head of Product, developing innovative payment methods and creating new revenue streams through mobile business intelligence services. Aleksey also worked at VTB as the CPO of Mobile Bank, focusing on expanding digital channels and making them accessible to a wider audience. Prior to their current role, they served as the CPO of Digital Sales at Gazprombank, where they created a sales platform and implemented a referral program, leading to increased customer engagement and product virality. Currently, Aleksey is the CPO of Digital Channels at Home Credit Bank Kazakhstan.
Aleksey Serkov completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics (MTUCI) in 2009. Aleksey then pursued a Master's degree in Information Technology from the same university, graduating in 2011. In addition, they obtained several certifications, including "Product Growth Management Simulator" from GoPractice, Inc in 2023, "Data Driven Product Management Simulator" from GoPractice, Inc in 2019, "Customer Development" from Yandex in 2018, "Product Owner" from Sberbank in 2018, "Customer Development" from Sberbank in 2017, "IPMA" from Sovnet-Cert in 2017, "Public speaking" from Sberbank in 2017, "Management of requirements software" from Luxoft in 2016, and "Solving business problems" from Luxoft in 2015.
