Oleksandr Khakhalyna

Oleksandr Khakhalyna has over 15 years of experience in the banking industry, holding various senior roles throughout their career. Oleksandr is currently serving as the Head of Card Products and Systems at AO Home Credit Bank Kazakhstan since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Alfa-Bank, where they held multiple roles including Head of Credit Products and Processes, Head of Card Products, and Head of Credit Cards from 2019 to 2022. Before joining Alfa-Bank, Oleksandr worked as a Product Owner at Ekassa.com from February 2018 to February 2019. Oleksandr also served as the Head of Credit Products at Credit Dnepr Bank from August 2015 to February 2018 and as the Head of General Purpose Lending at First Ukrainian International Bank from July 2011 to August 2015. Earlier in their career, Oleksandr held various positions at OJS Company "Universal Bank", including SFE Project Manager, Senior Specialist of Restructuring Division, Supervisor of Credit Analysis Group, and Senior Specialist of Credit Analysis. Oleksandr started their career as a Credit Manager at Pravex Bank in November 2006.

Oleksandr Khakhalyna's education history includes obtaining a Master of Finance degree from NUFT in 2008. In 2013, they attended City Business School for an MBA in the field of Management of Organization. In 2010, they also attended the American Academy of Business English for general English studies. Oleksandr is currently enrolled at Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, but the degree and field of study are unspecified.
