Sven de Boer

Sven de Boer serves as the Regional Manager for a&o Hostels since March 2015, overseeing six hostels across major European cities, managing a total of 1,300 rooms and 5,000 beds. Prior roles include treasurer at SLVS stichting logiesverstrekkers soest, host and party manager at Business Connectors and Veenendaal Horeca Totaal BV, and hotel manager at Fletcher Hotels, where significant improvements to hotel operations and reputation were achieved. Sven’s extensive experience in the hospitality industry began in 1990 with Stayokay, culminating in various managerial roles that emphasize operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and strategic marketing. Sven has also pursued relevant education in marketing, management, and hospitality throughout a career dedicated to enhancing service quality and organizational performance.
