Leah Smelt has worked in various roles, including Business Analyst and Quality Apprentice at AO. At AO, Leah collaborated with different teams to deliver value to the business, creating documentation and presenting requirements to stakeholders. Prior to AO, Leah worked as a Sales Advisor at Middlewich DIY Centre, where Leah provided excellent customer service and maintained product knowledge. Leah studied at Crewe Engineering & Design UTC, earning A & AS Levels and GCSEs.
