Lori Martin Browne

Lori Martin Browne's work experience includes holding the position of Executive Vice President & General Counsel at AOC since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Executive Vice President & General Counsel at Forterra, Inc. from 2015 to 2022. Before that, they served as the Assistant General Counsel at Mitchell International in 2014. From 2007 to 2014, they worked as the General Counsel at FairPay Solutions, Inc. Lori Martin started their career as an Attorney at Weil, Gotshal & Manges, LLP from 2002 to 2007 and at Fulbright & Jaworski from 1999 to 2002.

Lori Martin Browne completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English/History from Texas A&M University from 1992 to 1995. Following this, they pursued a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Law at The University of Texas School of Law from 1996 to 1999.
