Emmanuel Ayuk

Emmanuel Ayuk currently serves as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at The Andersons, Inc. since September 2025. Previously, Emmanuel held various positions at ADM from April 2021 to August 2025, including Chief Counsel for Ag Services & Oilseeds, where key responsibilities included partnering with business leadership to achieve objectives while managing legal risks, and leading the global legal services team. Additional roles at ADM included Interim Global Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Counsel for the EMEA region. Prior experience includes a partnership at Stinson LLP from September 2006 to February 2015, focusing on FCPA and litigation, as well as summer associate roles at Conner & Winters and Stinson LLP. Emmanuel's academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from The University of Tulsa College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Dickinson College.
