Jana Rosskopf

Jana Rosskopf is an experienced recruiting professional currently serving as the Head of Recruiting & Project Staffing at AOE since March 2019. In this role, Jana manages the entire recruiting process, including vacancy planning, onboarding, and various related functions such as employer branding and event planning. Previous experience includes working with Hays as a recruiter for Deutsche Bank, where Jana focused on permanent staff and IT specialist freelancing for the banking sector, and serving as an academic tutor at Johannes Gutenberg University. Jana holds a Master of Science in Management with Human Resources from the University of Glasgow and a Bachelor of Science in Management and Economics from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz.
